If you are getting this book because of the steroids chapter don't bother
There's nothing in there. I was curious what the old guys used to take / what their cycles looked like and since bob Paris is all about the truth and bravery I figured he might have some examples in his book. As per usual it's like all these guys signed an NDA, It just says : kids might take it and follow me, genetics , they might get hurt. its only about 3 pages long. TBH they are probably hurting themselves more with the crazy cycles web forums are spitballing, when trying to guess what these guys took.
If you are getting the book for 30 year old nutrition advice, posing routines or top ten favorite Bob Paris exercises you may enjoy it. Like most fitness books it's poorly written: when I was a boy style, and the fact that it looks like it was slapped together in 5 minutes ultimately makes me have to give this a bad review.
bodybuilders sure aren't lazy in the gym but when it comes to training, routines, diets and cycles it all looks like it was slapped together in Microsoft word in a single weekend. So glad I found this in an online library and that I didn't buy it.
